Taller con Multiecuscan Andalucia?

Buenas, soy irlandes pero vivo en un pueblo pequeña cerca de Ronda en provincia de MMálaga. Al primero, los siento por mi español.
No tengo un Alfa pero tengo un Abarth Grande Punto. A mi me gustaeste coche. Estoy intentando instalar el control de crucero. Creo que el cableado esta bien pero necesito activarlo. Intento encontrar un taller que trabaja con Multiecuscan y sabe como activarlo. Ojala en Málaga o Cádiz. ¿alguien conoce un taller?

Hi there, thank you so much for the reply.
I am really cagey about trying to do it myself.
I have no experience of using diagnostic except a 15€ plug in that allowed me to reset fault indication from a sensor after I fitted a straight through downpipe on my old Subaru.
I did call into Abarth Tuning, who happen to be based in NI, when I was home last year and they suggested I could do it with a 'one off' licence.
Is that sort of possible? and 'idiot proof'?
